Ten stars, without hesitation. Levi, the owner of VI Road Marking, delivered a level of service I have never experienced before.

I contacted him late on a Wednesday afternoon for a quote to repaint our Ricky’s commercial parking lot. Within a few hours, he had measured the lot and provided the estimate. That alone impressed me.

The following afternoon, I called to ask whether he could still fit the job in this year. He said he had a couple of jobs to finish that day but could get to ours afterwards. I took that to mean we would get it done before winter. It never occurred to me that he meant that very night.

When I arrived at work the next morning, the entire parking lot was finished, and it looked amazing. I later learned that Levi had worked until around 3 a.m. to complete it. Then, around noon, he called to make sure I was happy with the work. I was absolutely stunned.

From the prompt estimate to the quality of the finished job and his personal follow-up, Levi demonstrated professionalism, a remarkable work ethic and genuine pride in his business. As a business owner myself, I have tremendous respect for someone who follows through like that.
